<br />1 Considered next was the following Form A application
<br />for a determination of Planning Board jurisdiction: FORM A
<br />#64-6, submitted February 17, 1964 by Myles D. Denno
<br />for Minute -man National Historical Park; plan entitled
<br />?Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", Scale: IN = 401,
<br />dated Feb. 51 1964, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & Sur-
<br />veyors.

<br />After study, it was decided to return the plan to Mr.
<br />Denno with the request that a suitable statement be placed upon
<br />it showing that the resulting lots were to be used for National
<br />Park purposes only.
<br />Read to the Board were the notices of hearings to be BOARD OF
<br />heard by the Board of Appeals on February 25, 1964. It was de- APPEALS
<br />cided to take no action on these petitions.
<br />There being no further business at this time, the meet-
<br />ing was adjourned at 10:10 p.m.

<br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING

<br />February 17, 1964
<br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was
<br />held in its office, Town Office Building, on Monday, February 17,
<br />1964. Present were Uhairman Meyer, members Bryson, Campbell,
<br />Greeley, and Mabee, and the secretary, Mrs. Macomber. It being STUDENT
<br />Student Government Day, the Board had present as its guests five G09EWUMT
<br />members of the Junior Chamber of Commerce and five Lexington LAY
<br />High School students who were participating in the program spon-
<br />sored by the Lexington Junior Chamber of Commerce and organized
<br />by Mr. Frank P. DiGiammarino, teacher of social studies at the
<br />High School. As part of the program the students had been elected
<br />as members of the Planning Board. The students studied the
<br />Board's agenda, asking many questions and entering into lively dis-
<br />cussion with regard to the same.
