PLLNNINd BOARD MEE'PING
1 February 10, 1964
A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board
was held on Monday, February 10, 1964 at 8:00 p.m. Present
were Chairman Meyer, members Bryson, Greeley and Mabee, and
the secretary, Mrs. Macomber.
An executive session was held until 8:45 with regard EXECUTIVE
to the employment of a Planning Director. SESSION
Upon resuming its regular meeting, the Board talked
with Mr. Alfred Antonelli who exhibited a plan of lots on A. ANTONELLI
Kendall Road upon which he wished to build. Due to the fact KENIALL ROAD
that Kendall Road is an unaccepted street, and Mr. Antonelli
does not wish to bear the entire cost of building the road,
he was advised to confer with neighbors on the opposite side
of the street to see if they could come to some agreement
whereby the cost would be shared, and then to return to the
Board. The Board cannot approve the plan until the street is
assured. Mr. Antonelli left the meeting at 9:00 o'clock.
At this time Mr. F. R. Joyce and Mr. and Mrs. DiRocco
met with the Board to consider a definitive plan of lots on DI ROCCO
Sanderson Road. The Board determined that the application, SANUE10M RO"
Form C, had not been properly completed, since the land in
question was owned by Mr. George ueVries and it is necessary
to have the owner of the land make the application. They
were advised to have Mr. DeVries complete the form and then
return to the Board for further consideration.
A letter having been received from John J. Carroll,
Town Engineer, stating that the work in the Country Club COUNTRY CLUB
Manor, Section One, had progressed to a point where the MANOR, SEC. 1
amount of security could be reduced, upon motion duly made -
and seconded, it was unanimously POND-;RE"TY
TRUST
VOTED: the Lexington Planning Board determines that $2,000.
is a sufficient amount of security to hold for per-
formance of the work required to complete the streets
and utilities to serve lots 5, 6, and 20 to 27 in-
clusive in the subdivision entitled "country Club
Manor Section One Lexington, Mass.n, and shown on the
definitive subdivision plan of the same name, dated
February 23, 1960, and therefore reduces the amount of
the bond from $32,000. to $2,000.
The Board approved the minutes of its meeting of MINUTES
' February 3, 1964.
