PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' February 3, 1964 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was <br />held on Monday, February 3, 1964 in its office, Town Office <br />Building, Lexington. Present were Chairman Meyer, members <br />Campbell, Greeley, and Mabee, and the secretary, Mrs. Macomber. <br />Mr. Campbell left the meeting at 8:15 to talk to the Minute <br />Man Highlands group, and returned to the meeting at 9:50. <br />The Board approved the minutes of its meetings of <br />January 20 and 27, 1964. <br />Also approved were the following bills which had been <br />presented: Louise M. Macomber, stenographic service January <br />27-49:00; Minute -man Publications, advertising --$56.25. <br />Taken under consideration were the following Form A <br />applications for determination of Planning Board jurisdiction: <br />#64-4, submitted January 31, 1964 by Boston & Maine <br />Railroad, J. E. Milano, Agent; plan entitled "Land in <br />Lexington, Mass.", Boston & Maine Railroad to Harry J. <br />and Eva T. Palladino, Scale: 1" - 50', dated October, <br />1963, J. F. Kerwin. <br />' #64-5, submitted January 31, 1964 by Walter W. Webber <br />by Raymond J. Garcia, Agent; plan entitled "Land Court <br />Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", owned by: Walter W. <br />Webber, Scale: 1" - 401, dated January 31, 1964, <br />Joseph W. Moore, Inc., Reg. Land Surveyor. <br />Upon motions duly made and seconded it was unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines that the <br />plan accompanying Form A #64-4 does require approval <br />under the Subdivision Control Law for the reason that <br />the parcel shown thereon creates a new lot which does <br />not have frontage such as is required by the Zoning <br />By-law. <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines that the <br />plan accompanying Form A application #64-5 does not <br />require approval under the subdivision control law, <br />and that said plan be so endorsed. <br />Reviewed by the Board were the notices of hearings to <br />be held by the Board of Appeals on February 18, 1964. It was <br />decided to take no action in regard to same. <br />' Taken under consideration by the Board was a letter <br />from Town Counsel Legro with reference to "Pinewood Section <br />One Lexington, Mass." subdivision, enclosing two copies of <br />FOLKS A <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />PINEWOOD <br />SECTION ONE <br />
