' PLAITATTNG BOARD =TTA?G <br />April 1, 1963 <br />The Lexington Planning; Board held a regular <br />meeti.nrr; in its office in the Town Office Bu, lding <br />on Mondar, April 1, 1963 at 7:40 n.m. Present were <br />Chairman Mabee, members 7r7son, Campbell, Greeley, <br />and Mever, and Mr. Snow, Planning Director. <br />The Board had as its guests Mr. Robert White, <br />of the Lexington Junior Chamber of Commerce and four GUESTS <br />Lexington Hi.ah School seniors, Sandra Krevi_s, Robert <br />Harrigan, Christonher Curley and _Eugene Heighton. <br />These people were particinating in the Lexington Stu- <br />den't Government Day Program snonsored by the Lexing- <br />ton Junior Chamber of Commerce and organized by Mr. <br />Frank P. DiGi.ammarino, teacher of social studies at <br />the High School. .As nart of the program the students <br />hag been elected as members of the 'Planning; Board. <br />(See minutes of Planninrt Board meeting of rarch 115 <br />The first action of the Board was that of <br />' apnrovin� the minutes of its meetin7s of February 18 MINUTES <br />and 25, and March 1}, 1963. <br />Aprroved by the board for ravment were the <br />following bills which had been presented: Samuel P. BILLS <br />Snow, car allowance for March, 10')3--d20.00: Wells <br />Binderv, inc., binder for assessors maps--t'10.00- <br />Minute-man ?Publications, Tnc., advertising hearings-- <br />M11.02; Andrew T. Johnson Co., Tnc., drafti_np, sup- <br />pli_es--12.011: Serve -all Secretarial Services, pro- <br />fessional services for henrinms--dl.80.00. <br />Mr. Alan B. ?Fade of 521L Concord Avenue, ren - <br />resent and the Five Fields residential area, came to CHAP. 40A5 <br />the meeti nr7 to ask the Board if it would have any Sec. 8, G.L. <br />obiection to a *roup of citizens filing; a petition - <br />seeking to have the town accept Section 8 of Chan- FiV7 FIELDS <br />ter 1,_0r of the r'eneral Laws.
