1 1 PLANMTNG BOARD MEETING February 11, 1963 The Lexington Planning Board held a regular meeting in its office in the Town Office Building on Monda`•, February 11, 19631 at 7:40 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindle,, members Campbell and Meyer, and Mr.Snow, Plan- ning Director. Attention was called to a copy of Article 8 as passed at the Special Town Meeting held January 28, 1963. - said article creating a com- mittee to make a studv of historic districts of the town. (See addenda.), In accordance with the text of the article Mr. Grindle designated Mr. Meyer as the Planning Board member of the Com- mittee and stated he would so notify the Town Clerk, Attention was also called to a letter, dated February 8, from the chairman of the His- toric Districts Commission designating Wilbur M. Jaquith as the Commissions member of said committee. HISTORIC DISTRICTS STUDY COMMITTEE Taken under consideration were the fol lowing Form A annlications for determination FORMS A of Planning Board jurisdiction: #63-11 (see minutes of February 4, 1963) #63-144 submitted February 7, 1963 by J. J. Silverman, Atty., for Nicholas and Theresa Iodice; plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexinr*ton-Mass.", dated Mar. 11, 1957, Scale: 1" = 40', Miller & Ny lander, C.E.'s &. Surveyors. It was decided to request Mrs. Morey, the applicant, to withdraw her application, #63-11, and submit another in order to give the Town Counsel sufficient time to give the Plan- ning Board a written opinion in regard to the plan accompanying said application. (Note: Mrs. Morey withdrew her application Feb- ruary 12, and submitted another designated #63- 16.) It was moved, seconded and unanimously
