PLA�''?TNG BOApD NIT7FT2NG <br />' May 10, 1962 <br />The Lexington Planning Board held a <br />special meeting at 5:30 n.m, on Thursday, May <br />10, 19622 in its office, in the Town Office <br />Buildin7. Present were Chairman Grindle and <br />members Campbell and Mabee. <br />Mr. Grindle exhibited a letter, dated May <br />8, 1962, from the Girrac Realty Trust, Robert W. MINT]TE MAN <br />Carrig, Trustee, requesting that the Planning HIGH -LANDS <br />Board extend through Thursday, May 172 1062 the SECTION 4 <br />time for formal action by the Board on said <br />Trustts application for approval of the Minute Man GIRRAC REALTY <br />High -Lands, Section 4 definitive subdivision plan. TRUST <br />(See addendum.) _ <br />CARRIG <br />After due consideration, upon motion duly <br />made and seconded, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: that pursuant to the smitten request from <br />the applicant the time of an_ proval of the <br />definitive subdivision nlan entitled "Min- <br />ute Man High -Lands Section Four Lexington, <br />Mass.", dated Aug. 21, 1061, be and here- <br />by is extended to and including Thursday, <br />May 17, 1062. <br />Other matters relating to the above-named <br />subdivision were informally di scussed. Mr. John <br />J.
