PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' April 92 1962 <br />The Lexington Planning Board held a regular <br />meeting in its office, Town Office Building, on <br />Monday, April 9, 1962 at 7:40 n.m. Present were <br />Chairman Grindle, members Bryson, Campbell, Mabee <br />and Meyer, and Planning Director Snow. <br />Approved by the Board were the minutes of its <br />April 2, 1962 meeting. <br />Approved for payment were the following bills <br />which had been submitted: Samuel P. Snow, car <br />allowance for month of March, 1962- P20.00, reim- <br />bursement for U.L.T. technical bulletins, 145.52-- <br />925.52; M;nute-man Publications, Inc., advertising -- <br />A4.90; Arthur 7. Bryson, Jr., transparenc7--X8.00; <br />Andrew T. Johnson Co. Inc., white prints --18.66. <br />Considered next were the following Form A <br />applications for determination of Planning Board <br />jurisdiction: <br />#62-20, submitted April 6, 1962 by Ernest E. <br />Outhet, Trustee, for Outhet Realty Trust; plan <br />entitled "Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, <br />Mass.", Scale: 1" = 40', dated April 3, 1962, <br />Miller & Nylander, C.F.'s & Surveyors. <br />#62-21, submitted April 6, 1962 by Pat J. <br />Monsignore for Mary Monsi,gnore; plan entitled <br />"A Subdivision of Land Court Case No.12,100 <br />Land in Lexington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = li0', <br />dated April 5, 1962, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s <br />& Surveyors. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />MINUTES <br />BILLS <br />FORMS A <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines <br />that the -plans accompanying, Form A anplica- <br />tions #62-18 and 462-19 do not require <br />approval under the Subdivision Control Law and <br />that said plans be so endorsed. <br />Mr. Snow gave a report of his view of the <br />study plans which Abbott Engineering Co., consultants ROUTE 2 <br />' for the State Dent. of Public Works, had made for <br />various accesses to Poute 2.
