PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 29, 1962 <br />The Lexington Planning Board held a regular <br />meeting in its office, Town Office Building, on Mon- <br />days -January 29, 1962 at 7:15 p.m. Present were <br />Chairman Soule, members Bryson, Grindle, Mabee and <br />Meyer. <br />The Board approved the Planning Director's MINUTES <br />record of the Planning Board hearing held on Nov- <br />ember 15, 1962. <br />Approved for pa-vment were the following bills <br />which had been submitted: Samuel P. Snow, car allow- BILLS <br />ante for Januarv, 1962--ft20.00; H. M. Lawrence Hard- <br />ware Co., Inc., office supplies --$2.15. <br />Considered next was the following Form A FORM A <br />application for determination of Planning Board <br />jurisdiction: <br />#62-7, submitted January 29, 1962 by Joseph <br />C. Shaw, Jr., agent for Alexander Palladino; <br />plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, <br />Mass.", Scale: l in = 20 ft, dated Jan. 24, <br />19621 Fred A. Joyce Surveyor Belmont, Mass. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexinszton Planning Board determines <br />that the plan accompanying application #62-7 <br />does not require approval under the Subdiv.i- <br />sion"Control Law, and that said plan be so <br />endorsed. <br />Considered also and approved by the Board <br />SCHOOL SITE <br />was a draft of a memorandum to the Lexington School <br />- <br />Committee and Standing School Building Committee <br />C. HENRY <br />concerning; the possible acqui si.tion of a portion of <br />JACKSON <br />the G. Henry Jackson property on the Clarke Street <br />Extension (see addendum). <br />Mr. Snow came to the meeting at 8:15 p.m. <br />The Board then considered with Mr. Snow a <br />LAND FOR <br />marked print of the Goodrich property on Summer <br />RECREATIONAL <br />Street indicating a resubdivision of said property <br />PURPOSES <br />of parcels of land which the Town desired to ac- <br />quire for recreational purposes and a parcel of <br />GOODRICH <br />town -owned land which it was recommended be sold <br />
