1 <br />C� <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 22, 1962 <br />On Monday, January 22, 1962, at 7:45 p.m. the <br />Lexington Planning Board held a regular meeting in <br />its office in the Town Office Building. Present were <br />Chairman Soule," members Bryson, Grindle, Mabee and <br />Meyer, and Planning Director snow. <br />Taken under consideration first -was the draft ANNUAL <br />of the Planning Board's 1961 Annual P,eport. This REPORT <br />draft was revised, approved, and sent to the Select- <br />men for printing. <br />Messrs. Flye and Shepherd, representing the <br />Lexington Office Center Trust, a subsidiary of Cabot, <br />Cabot & Forbes Co., met with the Board -from 8-05 to <br />8:20 p.m. to discuss the latest revision of the Min- <br />uteman Research Park definitive subdivision plan. <br />They were informed that in order to have said plan <br />approved on January 29, the following matters would <br />have to be in order: (1) a permanent turnaround shown <br />on the lot layout plan, sad turnaround to conform to <br />the plan and profile of the proposed subdivision road, <br />(2) a slight modification of the drain system in the <br />proposed turnaround as recommended by the Town Engi- <br />neer, (3) bearings and distances of all courses around <br />the perimeter of the easements shown on the lot layout <br />plan, (4) receipt of a letter from Mr. Carroll, Lex- <br />ington Superintendent of Public Works, stating that <br />said modified subdivision plan met with his approval, <br />and ("5) receipt of a"properly executed bond in the <br />penal sum approved by Mr. Carroll and guaranteeing <br />performance of required work in said subdivision. <br />MINUTEMAN <br />RESEARCH <br />PARK <br />LEXINGTON <br />OFFICE <br />CENT s <br />TRUST <br />Considered next and approved by the Board was ARTICLES <br />the draft of a letter to the Board of Selectmen set- FOR TOWN <br />ting forth articles which the Planning Board wished MEETING <br />to have placed or the warrant for the 1962 Annual <br />Town Meeting. <br />Likewise considered and approved by the Board <br />were the minutes of its meetings held on January 8 <br />and 15, 1962, <br />In response to the Planning Director's letter <br />of January l5, 1962 (see minutes'of Planning Board <br />meeting of said date) to Lloyd C. Goodrich of 10 Sum- <br />mer Street, the latter and his brother, E.
