1 <br />PLANTING BOARD MEETING <br />May 8, 1961 <br />A re7ular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held on Monday, May 8, 1961 at 7:30 p.m. <br />in the Planning Board office, Town office Building. <br />Present were Chairman Soule, members Grindle, Bry- <br />son, Mabee and Meyer, and Planning Director Snow. <br />The Board approved the minutes of its May l <br />MINUTES <br />1961 meeting. <br />Also approved for payment were the following <br />bills which had been presented: Andrew T. Johnson, <br />BILLS <br />white prints --4,70: Granhic Reproductions, white <br />prints --1.00; A.S.11.0.2 Vols, 5, 6, and 7, Zoning <br />Di r=est -445.35. <br />Considered next were the following Form A <br />applications for determination of Planning Board <br />FORMS A <br />jurisdiction: <br />#61-21, submitted May 4, 1961 by Reginald <br />' <br />A. Wood; plan entitled "Plan of Land in <br />Lexington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = 50'3 dated <br />April 13, 79611 Joseph W. Moore, Inc., Reg. <br />Land Surveyor. <br />#61-22, submitted May 4, 1961 by Benjamin <br />M. Forbes; plan entitled "Plan of Land in <br />Lexington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = 301, dated <br />Dec. 111i, 1960, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & <br />Surveyors. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines <br />that the plans accompanying Form A applica- <br />tions ;;61-21 and #61-22 do not require <br />approval under the Subdivision Control Law, <br />and that said plans be so endorsed. <br />Attention was called to Mr. King's letter <br />of May 3, 1061 acknowledging receipt of the Plan- <br />AIR BASE <br />ning Board's letter of April 26 concerning access <br />ACCESS <br />from Hanscom Field to Route 128 and to the center <br />ROAD. <br />of Lexington. In his letter Mr. King stated that <br />' <br />t`consideration is being given to the nossibilities <br />of maintaining access from Wood Street to Massa- <br />chusetts Avenue and to divorcing this residential <br />
