1 PLAYNTNG BOARD MEETING Anr i 1 21L, 1961 A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was held on Mondas2 4, 1961 at 7:30 p.m, in the Board's o"fice, Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Soule, members Brvson, 'Trindle, Mabee, and Me,rer, and planning Director Snow. The Board arnroved the minutes of its Anril 17, 1961 meeting. The Board anrroved "or r>a-v-ment a bill for 1.7C for drafting sunrlies from the Wallace B. Mitchell Co. Considered next were the following Form A anolications .for determination of Planning Board jurisdiction: MINUTES BILL FORMS A HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION #61-16, submitted April 24, 1961 by Ciriaco Cataldo; -plan entitled "A Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = 40', dated Feb. 7, 1961, Miller 8^ Nylander, ' C.F.'s & Surveyors. #61-17, submitted A,)ril 24, 1961 by Stephen T. Russian, Atty. for The Whiter and Greener Trusts; elan entitled "Plan of Lots in Lex- ington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = L'L0', dated April 18, 1961, Diller 8^ Nylander, C.F.'s Surveyors. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTED: that the Lexi.nnton planning Board determines that the plan accompanying Form A anplica- tion #61-16 does not require annroval under the Subdivision Control Law, and that said plan be so endorsed. It was decided to withhold action on appli- cation #61-17 rending the drafting on the plan the existin.- building or buildings on the nronosed lots. The attention of the Board was called to a notice of a hearing to be helc' on Tuesday, Apri.l 25 by the Historic Districts Commission. it was de- cided to take no action in regnrd to the application for a certificate of anprorriateness to be considered at said renri_ng.
