1 <br />PLAYNTNG BOARD MEETING <br />Anr i 1 21L, 1961 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held on Mondas2 4, 1961 at 7:30 <br />p.m, in the Board's o"fice, Town Office Building. <br />Present were Chairman Soule, members Brvson, 'Trindle, <br />Mabee, and Me,rer, and planning Director Snow. <br />The Board arnroved the minutes of its Anril <br />17, 1961 meeting. <br />The Board anrroved "or r>a-v-ment a bill for <br />1.7C for drafting sunrlies from the Wallace B. <br />Mitchell Co. <br />Considered next were the following Form A <br />anolications .for determination of Planning Board <br />jurisdiction: <br />MINUTES <br />BILL <br />FORMS A <br />HISTORIC <br />DISTRICTS <br />COMMISSION <br />#61-16, submitted April 24, 1961 by Ciriaco <br />Cataldo; -plan entitled "A Compiled Plan of <br />Land in Lexington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = 40', <br />dated Feb. 7, 1961, Miller 8^ Nylander, <br />' <br />C.F.'s & Surveyors. <br />#61-17, submitted A,)ril 24, 1961 by Stephen <br />T. Russian, Atty. for The Whiter and Greener <br />Trusts; elan entitled "Plan of Lots in Lex- <br />ington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = L'L0', dated <br />April 18, 1961, Diller 8^ Nylander, C.F.'s <br />Surveyors. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexi.nnton planning Board determines <br />that the plan accompanying Form A anplica- <br />tion #61-16 does not require annroval under <br />the Subdivision Control Law, and that said <br />plan be so endorsed. <br />It was decided to withhold action on appli- <br />cation #61-17 rending the drafting on the plan the <br />existin.- building or buildings on the nronosed lots. <br />The attention of the Board was called to a <br />notice of a hearing to be helc' on Tuesday, Apri.l 25 <br />by the Historic Districts Commission. it was de- <br />cided to take no action in regnrd to the application <br />for a certificate of anprorriateness to be considered <br />at said renri_ng. <br />MINUTES <br />BILL <br />FORMS A <br />HISTORIC <br />DISTRICTS <br />COMMISSION <br />
