PLANNING BOARD MEETIIN'G <br />' February 271 1961 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held on Monday, February 27, 1961, at <br />7:40 p.m. in the Planning Board Office, Town Office <br />I3uil0ing, Present !acre Chairran Lurnell, Meml.-�ers <br />Grindle, Mabee, Meyer and Soule, and Planning <br />Director Snow. <br />The Board ao_nroved the minutes of its Febru MINUTES <br />ary 6 and 13, 1961 meetings. <br />Approved ry the Board for payment were the <br />following bills which had been presented: Minute- BILLS <br />man Publications, Inc., advertising -436.75; Samuel <br />T1. Snow, February car allowance -420.00. <br />Taken under consideration next were the fol- <br />lowing Form A applications for determination of FORMS A <br />Planning Board jurisdiction: <br />#61-1{ )(See minutes of <br />#61-5 ) February 20, 1961 meeting) <br />' Mr. Snow gave a report of his conference <br />with the Town Counsel in regard to the plans accom- <br />panying said applications. Thereupon, upon <br />motions being duly made and seconded, it was unan- <br />imously <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines <br />that the plan accompanying Form A application <br />#61-4 does not require approval under the <br />Subdivision Control Law, and that said plan <br />be so endorsed. <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines <br />that the plan accompanying Form A applica- <br />tion :'61-5 does require approval under the <br />Subdivision Control Law for the reason that <br />said plan is a subdivision of Lot 2 in viola- <br />tion of Section 8 (g)(3) of the Lexington <br />Zoning By-law. <br />Mr. Snow rerorted that the Town Counsel had <br />not written a letter to the Planning Board to the <br />effect that as far as he knew all necessary ease- <br />ments had been obtained in Sections 1, 2, and 3 of <br />the Robinson Hill development. He had informed Mr. <br />Snow that such a letter was forthcoming. All <br />matters appearing to be in order, upon motion duly <br />ROBINSON HILL <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />LEELAND <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />CO. <br />
