PLANNTNG BOARD MFET TNG <br />January 303 1961 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held on Monday, January 30, 1961 at 7:40 <br />P.m. in the Board's office, Town Office Building. <br />Present were Ch.ai_man 3urnell, members Mabee, Grindle, <br />Meyer and Soule, and Planning Director snow. <br />Approved .for payment were the following bills <br />which had ?keen presented: H. B. 7,cArdle, office BILLS <br />supplies --`">3.00; Samuel r.Snow, January car allowance -- <br />"20.00. <br />Considered next was the following Form A <br />application for determination of JTannjng Board <br />FORM A <br />,jurisdiction_: <br />-#61-21 submitted January 30, 1961 b`r Viano <br />Pronerties, Lawrence Viano, Vice President: <br />plan entitled "A Compiled Plan of Land 1-n <br />Lear i.n ton, Mass.", Scale: 1t°=40', dated Jan. <br />26, 1061, Miller ar Nylander, C.F.'s & Sur- <br />' <br />vevors. <br />Ution motion duly made and seconded., it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexinmton Planning Board determines <br />that the plan accompanying Form A #61-2 does <br />not require annroval under the Subdivision <br />Control Law, and th^t said plan be so en- <br />dorsed. <br />Z?pon receiving a telephone call at the meet- <br />ing, i,r. Snow informed the Board of a letter which <br />L.W.V. <br />his informant had said was delayed. but which would <br />PLANNING <br />be forthcoming from the League of Women Voters of <br />SEMINARS <br />Lexi_ngion seeking the Board's approval of his pre- <br />sentinn for the League a second series of seminars <br />on-olanni.nF. (See addendum for letter later re- <br />ceived..) Mr. Snow said that in order to fill an im- <br />mediate need he had agreed to give four bi-weekly <br />wvening seminars bey?inning February i, 1961 to the <br />Local Affairs Studs Group of the League and others <br />who ~night be interested and to continue the series <br />through the snr'_ng months i.f sufficient interest was <br />srown in tb e first group of seminars. <br />Mr. Snow n-esented to the Board a series of <br />be ^.
