PLANNTNG BOARD MFET TNG January 303 1961 A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was held on Monday, January 30, 1961 at 7:40 P.m. in the Board's office, Town Office Building. Present were Ch.ai_man 3urnell, members Mabee, Grindle, Meyer and Soule, and Planning Director snow. Approved .for payment were the following bills which had ?keen presented: H. Considered next was the following Form A application for determination of JTannjng Board FORM A ,jurisdiction_: -#61-21 submitted January 30, 1961 b`r Viano Pronerties, Lawrence Viano, Vice President: plan entitled "A Compiled Plan of Land 1-n Lear i.n ton, Mass.", Scale: 1t°=40', dated Jan. 26, 1061, Miller ar Nylander, C.F.'s & Sur- ' vevors. Ution motion duly made and seconded., it was unanimously VOTED: that the Lexinmton Planning Board determines that the plan accompanying Form A #61-2 does not require annroval under the Subdivision Control Law, and th^t said plan be so en- dorsed.
