PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' January 9, 1961 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held in the Board's office, Town Office <br />Buildings on Monday, January 9, 1.961 at 7:40 p.m. <br />Present were Chairman Burnell, members Mabee, Meyer, <br />and Soule, and Planning Director Snow. <br />Considered first were the following Form a <br />applications for determination of Planning Board <br />jurisdiction: <br />##60-94 (See minutes of January 31 1961 <br />#60-95 Planning Board meeting.) <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines <br />that the plans accompanying Form A applica- <br />tions #60-94 and #60-95 do not require <br />approval under the Subdivision Control Law, <br />and that said plans be so endorsed. <br />' Considered next was Mr. Antonio Busa's letter <br />of January 6, 1961 requesting that the Board extend <br />the time within which it must act on his application <br />for approval of the Green Valley, Sec. 6 subdivision <br />plan. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTFD: that pursuant to the written request from <br />FORMS A <br />GREEN VALLEY <br />SEC. 6 <br />BUSA <br />BILLS <br />the applicant the time of approval of the <br />r.efinitive subdivision plan entitled "Green <br />Valley Section Six Lexington, Mass.", dated <br />Sept. 29, 1060, be and hereby is further ex- <br />tended to and including January 301 1961. <br />The Board confirmed the action of the Plan- <br />ning Director in aporovi_ng for payment the follow- <br />ing bills: (From 1959 Carry-over) The United Sales <br />Co., rebuilt cutawl-4,130.00; chisels --$19.40; Rail- <br />way Express Agency, bill of lading --$5.14. (From <br />1960 Carry-over General Expenses) Donald C. Richard- <br />son, professional services, December 22 through <br />January 3-415h.00; Mariner Books, book --X2.50; <br />Spaulding -Moss Co., slide rule--14�7.20; L.M.Foster, <br />Tnc., office supplies --$7.51; Wallace B. Mitchell <br />Co., drafting supplies --$2.93. <br />The attention of the Board was called to the <br />FORMS A <br />GREEN VALLEY <br />SEC. 6 <br />BUSA <br />BILLS <br />
