PLANNING BOARD MELTING <br />I <br />May 21 1960 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held on Monday, May 2, 1960 at 7:35 p.m. <br />in the Planning Board's office, Town Office Build- <br />ing. Present were Chairman Burnell, Members <br />Grindle, Mabee and Meyer, and Planning Director <br />Snow. From 8:30 to 9:15 n.m. Town Counsel Stevens <br />met with the Board to discuss various matters it had <br />under consideration. <br />The Board approved the minutes of its April MINUTES <br />11, 18, and 20, 1960 meetings. <br />Apnroved also were the following bills which <br />had been *resented for nayment: Louise M. Baker. BILLS <br />extra secretarial service --X5.00; The Dunton Corp., <br />4 -drawer letter file -$84.00; Fxchange Bibliogra- <br />phies, subscription--t�8.00. <br />Considered next was the following Form A <br />application for determination of Planning Board FORM A <br />jurisdiction: <br />' #60-29, submitted May 2, 1960 by William H. <br />Hamilton; plan entitled "Plan of' Land in <br />Lexington, Mass.", scale: 1" = 30', dated <br />April 13, 1960, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s <br />& Surveyors. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines <br />that the plan accompanying Form A application <br />#60-29 does not require approval under the <br />Subdivision Control Law, and that said plan <br />be so endorsed. <br />With reference to the Board of Appeals letter <br />of April 2q, 1960 (see minutes of April 29, 1960 MAPLE ST. <br />Planning Board meeting), abnroved was the draft of GARDEN <br />a letter to the Board of Appeals acknowledging the APARTMENT <br />withdrawal of the Ippolito and Longo petition with DISTRICT <br />reference to the Ma.nle Street garden apartment dis- <br />trict site and building plans and returning said <br />plans. (See addendum.) <br />The attention of the Board was called to a <br />cony of the Town Counsel's letter of April 29, 1960 <br />to the Town Clerk in regard to the covenant of in- <br />
