PLANNING BOARD MELTING I May 21 1960 A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was held on Monday, May 2, 1960 at 7:35 p.m. in the Planning Board's office, Town Office Build- ing. Present were Chairman Burnell, Members Grindle, Mabee and Meyer, and Planning Director Snow. From 8:30 to 9:15 n.m. Town Counsel Stevens met with the Board to discuss various matters it had under consideration. The Board approved the minutes of its April MINUTES 11, 18, and 20, 1960 meetings. Apnroved also were the following bills which had been *resented for nayment: Louise M. Baker. BILLS extra secretarial service --X5.00; The Dunton Corp., 4 -drawer letter file -$84.00; Fxchange Bibliogra- phies, subscription--t�8.00. Considered next was the following Form A application for determination of Planning Board FORM A jurisdiction: ' #60-29, submitted May 2, 1960 by William H. Hamilton; plan entitled "Plan of' Land in Lexington, Mass.", scale: 1" = 30', dated April 13, 1960, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines that the plan accompanying Form A application #60-29 does not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law, and that said plan be so endorsed. With reference to the Board of Appeals letter of April 2q, 1960 (see minutes of April 29, 1960 MAPLE ST. Planning Board meeting), abnroved was the draft of GARDEN a letter to the Board of Appeals acknowledging the APARTMENT withdrawal of the Ippolito and Longo petition with DISTRICT reference to the Ma.nle Street garden apartment dis- trict site and building plans and returning said plans.
