PLANNING BOAPD MEETING IApril 20, 1960 A special meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was held on Wednesday, April 203 1960, at 8:20 p.m, in the Planning Board's office, Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Burnell, Members Mabee and Soule, and Planning Director Snow. The Board endorsed the Glen Estates defini- tive subdivision plan, dated November 4, 1959. (See minutes of the April 18, 1960 Planning Board Meet- ing. Considered next by the Board was a draft of a letter to Mr. Donald M. Sleeper, Jr. with refer- ence to the Board's previous discussions in regard to acquiring; Esco Builders land in the Hawthorne !cres development. The Board approved the draft of said letter which was signed by the Chairman. (See addendum and minutes of the April 11, 1960 Rlanning Board mr-eting.) There being no further business to transact the Board adjourned its meeting at 9:05 p.m. At the conclusion of said meeting the Planning Board held an informal planning; session until 11:00 p.m., the planning session being for the our -pose of pre- paring a list of current and future work projects for the Board and its staff.
