PLANNING BOARD MEFTT_I%TG <br />' March 291 1960 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held in the office of the Board, Town <br />Office Building, on Tuesday, March 29, 1960 at 7:30 <br />p.m. Present were Chairman Burnell, Members Grindle, <br />Meyer and Soule, and Planning Director Snow. <br />The Board abn_roved the minutes of its March MINUTES <br />21, 1960 meeting. <br />Also approved were the following bills which <br />had been presented for payment: Wallace B. Mitchell BILLS <br />Co., drafting supplies --$1.55; Spaulding -Moss, <br />drafting supplies -46.70; Samuel P. Snow, car allow- <br />ance for March -420.00 <br />With reference to application from George <br />Avadanian for approval of subdivision plan entitled GLEN ESTATES <br />"Glen Estates Lexington, Mass.", and dated November - <br />4, 1959, the attention of the Board was called to AVADANIAN <br />Mr. Stevens' letter of March 25, 1960 enclosing a <br />performance guarantee in the form of a conformed <br />con-�r of a covenant duly executed by George Avadanian <br />and h.is wife. Also noted was a letter dated March <br />29, 1960, from the Board of Health, giving condi- <br />tional annroval of said subdivision. All matters <br />appearing to be in order, upon motion duly made and <br />seconded it was unanimously <br />VOTED: that the definitive subdivision plan entitled <br />"Glen Estates Lexington, Mass.`t, dated Novem- <br />ber 4, 1959s which was submitted to the Board <br />by George Avadanian on February 1, 19601. <br />accompanied by an application for anproval of <br />definitive plan, Form C, dated Jan. 29, 1960, <br />be and hereby is approved subject to the con- <br />dition that no building or structures shall <br />be built or placed upon lots 62 10, 11, 182 <br />21, 28, and 29 without consent by the Lexing- <br />ton Board of Health. <br />The Board endorsed the Cedar Glen definitive <br />subdivision elan, no appeal having been taken within CEDAR GLEN <br />the period since notice of the Board T s approval of <br />said plan had been filed with the Town Clerk. Mr. DIANNE <br />Snow was asked to rive the plan to the Town Counsel ESTATES <br />for recording at such time as he had received from <br />Glen estates, Inc. a nroperl-%r executed i-nstrument <br />
