PLATTTTTATG BOARD MFFrTG <br />March 22, 1960. <br />A regular meeting of the Lexin7ton Planning <br />Board was held on Tuesdav, March 22, 1960 at 7:40 <br />p.m, in the Planning Boardts office, Town Office <br />Building. Present were Chairman Burnell, Members <br />Grindle, Nabee and Mever, and Planning Director <br />Snow. <br />Considered first by the Board was Mr. Reen- <br />stiernats March 3, 1960 letter and its accompany- <br />VINE BROOK <br />Ing site plan, dated. February 29, 1960, for the <br />REALTY <br />nronosed Waltham Street garden apartment district. <br />TRUST <br />From 7:50 to 9:50 n.m. Mr. Reenstierna met with the <br />- <br />Board to discuss said letter and site elan. After <br />WALTHAM <br />Mr. 'Reenstierna left the meeting it was decided to <br />STREET <br />write a letter to him setting forth the Planning <br />GARDEN <br />Board's understanding; of the conclusions reached at <br />APARTMENT <br />said meeting with him. From notes which were dic- <br />DISTRICT <br />tated, Mr. Snow was asked to prepare for the Chair- <br />mants signature a letter to Mr. Reenstierna as noted <br />above. (See addendum.) <br />The planning Board approved the minutes of <br />MINUTES <br />' <br />its February 29 and March 7, 1960 meetings. <br />Anproved also were the following bills which <br />had been presented for payment: Snauldin -Moss Co., <br />BILLS <br />printing of maps and drafting sunnlies--38.69; Joan <br />C. TMacDonald, assembling and binding zoning by- <br />laws --P11.90. <br />Considered next by the Board were the fol- <br />lowing Form A app lications for determination of <br />FORMS A <br />Planning Board jurisdiction: <br />#60-20, submitted '..March 211 1960 by R. L. <br />Higgins, Fngr. for the Town of Lexington; elan en- <br />titled "Plan of Drain easement off Woburn Street, <br />Lexin7ton Mass.", Scale: 1" = ho's dated Feb. 17, <br />1960, John J.
