<br />PLANNING BOARD MrETING
<br />March 149 1960
<br />A .regular meeting of the Lexington Plan-
<br />ning Board was held in the office of the Board,
<br />Town Office Building, on Monda�r, March 1!�_, 1960
<br />at 7:35 p.m. Present were Chairman Burnell,
<br />Members Grindle, Mabee, Meyer and Soule, and
<br />Planning Director Snow.
<br />Mr. Snow was asked to act as temporary
<br />chairman of the meeting for the purpose of re-
<br />organizing the Board. Unon motions duly made
<br />and seconded, Levi G. Burnell was elected Chair-
<br />man, Thomas S. Grindle, Vice Chairman and Trving
<br />H. Mabee Clerk of the Board. Mr. Burnell then
<br />presided for the remainder of the meeting.

<br />Considered next were the following bills
<br />which had been presented for payment: Mrs. G. BILLS
