I <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />March 7, 1960 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held on Monday, March 7, 1960 at 7:40 p.m. <br />in the Planning Board office, Town Office building. <br />Present were Vice Chairman Grindle, Members Burnell, <br />Mabee and Soule and Planning Director Snow. Mr. <br />Robert E. Meyer, candidate for membership in the <br />Planning Board at the annual town election being <br />held on said date, was the Board's guest. <br />The Board approved the payment of a bill for <br />°3.56 which had been submitted by L. M. Foster, Inc. <br />BILL <br />for office supplies <br />The attention of the Board was called to the <br />filing by Mr. Antonio Busa during the past week of <br />GREEN VALLEY <br />a performance bond in connection with the Green <br />SEC. 5 <br />Valley Sec. 5 definitive subdivision plan. All <br />- <br />matters appearing to be in order, upon motion duly <br />BUSA <br />made and seconded, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: that the definitive subdivision plan en- <br />' <br />titled. "Green Valley Section Five Lexinf-ton, <br />Mass.", dated October 29, 1959, which was <br />submitted to the Board by Antonio Busa on <br />November 30, 19591 accompanied by an appli- <br />cation for annroval of definitive plan, Form <br />C, dated 11%23/58, be and hereby is approved <br />subject to the condition that no building or <br />structure shall be placed on Lots 14 or 15 <br />without consent of the Lexington Board of <br />Health. <br />From 8:00 to 8:10 p.m. the Planning Board <br />held a public hearing relative to the application <br />LORING HILL <br />of Kenneth F. Blodgett and Ernest E. Outhet for <br />ESTATES, <br />aonroval of a definitive subdivision plan entitled <br />SEC. 3 <br />"Loring Hill Estates, Section Three, Lexington, Mass." <br />- <br />Mr. and Mrs. Robert G. Hargrove of 5 Loring Road, <br />OUTHET <br />Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Shulte of 20 Baskin Road, <br />and Mr. Ernest E. Outhet attended the hearing. The <br />Chairman read the notice of said hearing as it had <br />been sent to all owners of property abutting the <br />land to be subdivided and as it had been published <br />in the February 18, 1960 issue of the Lexington <br />Minute -man. The Chairman explained the procedure in <br />conducting such a hearing and called upon Mr. Outhet <br />to present the subdivision plan. <br />
