PLAN'S 1NG BOARD MEET TNG <br />' February 1, 1960 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held in the Boards office, Town Office <br />Building, on Monday, February 1, 1960 at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present were Chairman Abbott, Members Burnell, <br />Grindle, Mabee and Soule, and Planning Director <br />Snow. <br />The Board apnoved for payment the follow- <br />ing bills which had -been presented for payment: BILLS <br />American Society of Planning Officials, Planning <br />Advisor -NT Service reports --20.00; Spaulding -Moss <br />Co., drafting supplies --,2.25. <br />Considered next were the following Form a <br />applications for determination of Planning Board <br />jurisdiction: <br />X60-7, submitted February 1, 1960 by <br />Richard D. Thompson, agent for Salvatore <br />J. Ciccariello; plan entitled "Plan of <br />Land in Lexington Mass.'t, scale: 1 in = <br />30 ft, dated Nov. 7, 1959, Everett M. Brooks <br />Co. <br />#60-91 submitted January 29, 1960 by C. <br />Lawrence Bond, agent for Charles A. <br />Linehan; plan entitled "Property on West- <br />view St. Lexington Mass. Surveyed for <br />Charles A. Linehan," dated Aug. 31, 1959, <br />Scale: 1 in = 50 ft, C. Lawrence Bond, <br />Reg1d Surv. <br />'60-10, submitted Feb. 1, 1960 by Joseph <br />C. Shaw, agent for Wynwood Associates, Inc.j <br />plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington <br />and Woburn, Mass.", scale: 1 in. = 80 ft., <br />dated Feb. 1, 1960, Fred A. Joyce -Surveyor. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unani- <br />mously <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines <br />that the plans accompanying Form A applica- <br />tions #60-7, #60-91 and #60-10 do not require <br />apnroval under the Subdivision Control Law, <br />ani that said plans be so endorsed. <br />The Board then reviewed the site plan for the <br />FORMS A <br />
