' PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 11, 1960 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held in the office of the Board, Town <br />Office Building, on Monday, January ll, 1960 at <br />7:45 p.m. Present were Chairman Abbott, Members <br />Burnell and Mabee, and Planning Director Snow. <br />The Board approved the following bills <br />which had been presented for payment: Mass. Fed. BILLS <br />of Planning Boards, 1960 Dues -430.00; L. M. <br />Foster, desk calendars --$2.25. <br />Considered next were the following Form A <br />applications for determination of Planning Board FORMS A <br />jurisdiction: <br />#60-3, submitted January 4, 1960 by Milton <br />C. Wasby, Trustee for Waymint Realty Trust• plan <br />entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass. tt, Scale: <br />1" = 40', dated Dec. 21, 1959s Joseph W. Moore, <br />Inc., Reg. Land Surveyor. <br />#60-4, submitted January 8, 1960 by Stephen <br />T. Russian, Atty. for Donald K. Irwin; plan en- <br />titled "A Subdivision of L.C.C. No, 5982 Land in <br />Lexington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = 50', dated Jan. 6, <br />1960, Miller & Nylander, C.F.'s & Surveyors. <br />#60-5, submitted January 5, 1960 by Joseph <br />J. Napoli; plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexing- <br />ton, Mass.", Scale: 1" = 201, dated Sept. 17, 1959, <br />Miller & Nylander, C.F.'s & Surveyors. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board deter- <br />mines that the plans accompanying Form A <br />applications #60-3, #60-4, and #60-5 do not <br />require approval under the Subdivision Con- <br />trol Law, and that said plans be so endorsed. <br />Read to the Board was Town Counsel Stevens' <br />December 31, 1959 letter to Mr.Snow in regard to VETERANS <br />Veteran's Lot 20, numbered 129 Cedar Street, and LOT 20 <br />' the restriction placed on said lot when the Town <br />through the Selectmen deeded the lot to Mr. David <br />G.
