McCormack and Brun to discuss <br />matters relative to their preliminary plan and said <br />proposed Harrington School recreation area. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m. <br />and H. Devine <br />19 Slocum Road <br />Lexington 73s Mass. <br />Dear Mr. Devine: <br />Reference is made to the "Plan Showing Part of Lewis <br />Hunt Estate in Lexington Mass. to be conveyed to <br />Richard Engstrom," said plan being dated Sept. 1911.E <br />and prepared by Rowland H. Barness C.E. Reference is <br />also made to the proposed plan entitled "Plan of Land <br />in Lexingtons Mass. owned by: John H. Devines" said <br />plan being dated Aug. 7, 1958 and prepared by Joseph <br />W. Moores Reg. Land Surveyor. The photostatic negative <br />of the first plan and the white print of the seconds <br />bothof which you left with the Planning Boards are being <br />returned herewith. <br />In order for the Planning Board to take official action <br />on the Augusta 1958 plan it will be necessary to submit <br />said plan under the subdivision control law and the <br />rules and regulations of the board. Howevers the board <br />informally discussed this plan. It is the opinion of <br />the Board that said plan consists of a subdivision as <br />defined by Sec. 816, Chap. 41s G.L.s as amended by <br />Chapter 262 of the Acts of 1956. The proposed subdi- <br />vision would leave Lot 3 without the necessary frontage <br />
