I <br />PLANYTNG BOARD HEFTING <br />February 2, 1959 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held in the Planning Board office, Town <br />Office Building, on Monday, February 2, 1959 at <br />7:45 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindle, Members <br />Abbott, Burnell, Jaquith and Soule, and Planning <br />Director Snow. Town Counsel Stevens was present <br />from 9:00 p.m. to the end of the meeting. <br />Approved by the Board were the following <br />bills which had been presented for pameat: Minute- BILLS <br />man Publications, Inc., advertising-- 8.57; Samuel <br />P. Snow, January car allowance -420.00; John C. <br />Lichtenberg, drafting -416.00. <br />Approved also by the Board were the minutes <br />of its January 26, 1959 meeting. <br />The Board next held a general discussion <br />relative to its participation in the Town Meeting <br />Members Association meeting to be held on "Jednes- <br />' days Feb. 4, 1959 at 8:00 p.m. at the Hastings <br />School. Arrangements in regard to subject matters <br />agendas and speakers were decided upon. <br />At 9:00 p.m. Mr. Stevens came to the meeting <br />and discussed various matters currently before the <br />Board, the remainder of the meeting being devoted <br />to final preparation and discussion of articles for <br />the warrant for the annual town meeting to be held <br />in March. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m. <br />Richard H.
