There are more rents per., <br />square foot in office buildings, so not only the <br />town's restrictions which prohibit the admission of <br />noxious odors, noises, and so forth, but our own <br />restrictions will be a lot more stringent, and we <br />will be very much interested in preventing that, <br />because obviously we are cutting off our nose to <br />spite our face because people are not going to <br />A , <br />have office buildings where that couldhappen• <br />Chemical research firms and things, of that sort <br />absolutely would not fit• <br />We had a case of one large research company <br />that went in one of our industrial' centers and even <br />:h an industrial center they began making tests, wanted <br />to put up a lot of corrugated metal buildings out <br />in the back yard and so-forth. And then they wanted <br />to do some testings with fumes and they were not <br />allowed even in an industrial center and they were <br />forced to move out into another,, area <br />
