On the top in brown the present traffic count. <br />That was put together by Wilbur Smith Associates on <br />the basis of information they gathered from the <br />shopping center and on information gathered from <br />population density charts for professional labor supplies <br />and skilled labor supplies. <br />We feel that it does a good job of representing <br />approximately the number of oars that will be generated <br />from the center. <br />You will note that on Shade 'Street there"+aro <br />approximately 40 oars shown:' <br />On Spring Street, 60 cars, which represents <br />about 5 per cent of the total ;traffic. <br />The other 5 per cent of the traffic; would be <br />taken on Waltham Street. <br />The remaining 90 per cent of the traffic would <br />be discharged onto Route 2. <br />This road here has been shown as running <br />parallel, not under the present location of Route 2, <br />
