I live in the neighboring town of Lincoln, <br />and S know that a rural atmosphere is very attractive. <br />4n the other hand, a stabilized rural or semi - <br />rural atmosphere, I think, is a lot better than an <br />uncertain one thatmightbecome more of -a suburbia. <br />Bear in mind the restrictions which you have <br />all read, I am sure, provide that in this area you <br />will have to.have four 'times as much land as building. <br />That means there will be morebuildingto the average <br />area than there is with the average house. <br />There will be more trees and landscaping around <br />it. Many of these buildings will be hidden. They <br />Will be oriented so that they; will :show from the <br />highway. <br />Of course, many companies will locate here <br />because their plants can be seen from both 128 and 20 <br />So that with these plants, yes, there will be <br />increased traffic over what you have now, I realize. <br />
