PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />April 28, 1958 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held in the Town Engineer's Office, Town <br />Office Building, on Monday, April 28, 1958. at 7:1.4.0 <br />p.m. Present were Chairman Grindley Members Abbott, <br />Burnell, Jaquith, and Soule, and Planning Director <br />Snow. Town Counsel Stevens was also present from 8:30 <br />to 9:15 n.m. <br />The Board approved the following bills which BILLS <br />had been presented for payment: <br />Ronald Press Co., book -46.16; Minute -man Publica- <br />tions,Inc., advertising public hearings --$37.50; H.B. <br />j°cArdle, steel storage cabinet and letter file -- <br />$118.68; G. & S. Paper Co., roll kraft paper --$12.18. <br />Taken under consideration were the following FORMS A <br />Forms A for determination of Planning Board jurisdic- <br />tion: <br />' #58-211, submitted on April 21, 10/58 by Paul <br />A. and Rose Hoyte; plan entitled "Plan of <br />Land in Lexington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = 201, <br />dated Feb. 21, 1958, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s <br />and Surveyors, Lexington, Mass. <br />#58-251 submitted on April 25, 1957 by Andrew <br />E. Millyan; plan same as that accompanying <br />application #57-101. (See minutes of Decem- <br />ber 9, 1Y57) . <br />It was decided to defer a ction on the Millyan <br />plan until it could be discussed in detail with the <br />Town Counsel. Thereupon, after motion being made and <br />seconded, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines <br />that the plan accompanying Form A application <br />#58-211 does not require approval and that said <br />plan be signed bearing the endorsement " Lex- <br />ington Planning Board approval under the Sub- <br />division Control Law not required." <br />Read to the Board was Mr. Norman T. May's MAY <br />April 28, 1958 letter requesting the opportunity to REGIONAL <br />' examine some of the statistics which w ere gathered SHOPPING <br />in the traffic survey made last year under the CENTER <br />direction of the Planning Board, information being PROPOSAL <br />sought in relation to the proposed change in the <br />
