PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />' March 24, 1958 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board <br />was held in the Town Engineer's Room, Town Office Building, on <br />Monday, March 24 1958 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman <br />Grindle, Members Abbott, Burnell, Jaquith, and Soule, and <br />Planning Director Snow. <br />The Board approved the minutes of the meetings of Feb- <br />ruary 3, 10, and 24, March 3, 10, 12, 17 and 19, 1958. <br />Taken under consideration were the following Form A <br />applications for determination of Planning Board jurisdic- <br />ticns <br />#58-18, submitted on March 24, 1958 by Robert A. <br />Carrig, agent for E. J. Corrigan; plan entitled <br />"Plan of Land in Lexington -Iris.", Scale: 1" i 40-3 <br />dated Jan. 17, 1958, Albert A. Miller & Wilbur C. <br />Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors, Lexington, Mass. <br />#58-19, submitted on March 24, 1958 by Robert A. <br />Carrig, agent for Ernest J. Corrigan; plan entitled <br />' "A Subdivision of Land Court Case No. 27302, Lexing- <br />ton -Mass.", Scales 1" 0 401, dated Jan. 17, 1958, <br />Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s and Surveyors. <br />#58-20, submitted on March 24, 1958 by Robert A. <br />Carrig, agent for Ernest J. Joyce, Surveyor, <br />Belmont, Mass. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unani- <br />mously <br />VOTEDs That the Board determines that the plans accompanying <br />Form A applications #58-18, #58-19, #58-20, and #58- <br />21 do not require approval and that said plans be <br />signed bearing the endorsement "Lexington Planning <br />Board approval under Subdivision Control Law not re- <br />quired." <br />Discussed by the Board was Mr. Norton's March 4, 1958 <br />letter in regard to his preparation of a case study of the <br />MINUTES <br />FORMS -A <br />
