1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOA -?D ��1=ING <br />March 19, 1958 <br />A special meeting of the Lexington Plan- <br />ning Board was held in the Planning Board office, <br />3arnes Building, on Wednesday, March 19, 1958 at <br />7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindley Members <br />Jaquith and Souley and Planning Director Snow. <br />It was reported that Mr. Antonio Busa, <br />owner and subdivider of the proposed Green Valley <br />Section Three subdivision, had that afternoon filed <br />with the Board a bond in the proper form and amount <br />for wore to be performed in said subdivision. All <br />other matters appearing to be in order, upon motion <br />duly made and seconded, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: That the definitive subdivision plan <br />entitled "Green Valley Section Three <br />Lexington -Mass.", dated Jan. 22, 1958s <br />which was submitted to the Board by <br />Antonio Busa on February 3, 1958s <br />-accompanied by an application for <br />approval of definitive plan, Form C, <br />dated January 24,1958: be and hereby <br />is approved. <br />There being no other business to transact, <br />the meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m. <br />Ric and H.
