PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />March 17, 1958 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Plan- <br />ning Board was held in the Town Engineer's Room, <br />Town Office Building, on Monday, March 17, 1958 <br />at 7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Gri.ndle, <br />Members Abbott, Burnell, Jaquith, and Soule, and <br />Planning Director Snow. <br />The first item of business was the election ELECTION <br />of officers for the year 1958-1959. Upon motion OF <br />duly made and seconded, Mr. Grindle was elected OFFICERS <br />Chairman, Mr. Jaquith, Vice-chairman, and Ms. <br />Soule, Clerk. <br />The Board approved the following bill BILL <br />which had been presented for payment:Graphic <br />Reproductions, Inc., white prints --X4.82. <br />Considered next by the Board was the FORM A <br />' following Form A application for determination <br />of Planning Board jurisdiction: <br />#57-17, submitted March 14, 1958 by <br />William C. Madden, Attorney for William <br />E. Maloney, plan entitled 'clan of Laid <br />in Lexington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = 20', <br />dated Feb. 25, 1Y58, Miller and Nylander, <br />C.E.'s & Surveyors. <br />On motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />VOTED: That the Board determines that the plan <br />accompanying Form A application #58-17 <br />does notr eqquire approval and that said <br />plan be signed bearing the endorsement <br />'Lexington Planning Board approval under <br />Subdivision Control Law not required." <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m. in <br />order that the members might attend the Annual <br />Town Meeting. <br />Chard H.
