At
8:05 p.m., prior to that meeting, the Board held
a special meeting of its own i_n said school.
Present were Chairman Grindle, Members Abbott and
Burnell, and Planning Director Snow.
The purpose of the meeting was to act upon
applications for approval of the Oak Knoll Section
Two and the Lor'nr Hill Estates Section Two defini-
tive plans, bonds in a form satisfactory to the
Board having been filed with the Planning Board on
March 12, 1958. All matters appearing to be in
order in regard to said Oak Knoll plan, upon motion
made by Mr. Burnell, and seconded by Mr. Abbott, it
was unanimously
VOTED: That the definitive subdivision plan
entitled "Oak Knoll Section Two Lexington -
Mass.", dated Dec. 18, 1956, which was sub-
mitted to the Board by Outhet Realty Trust,
Ernest F. It was decided that the
Board should disapprove the plan and Mr. Snow would
confer with the Sunerintendent of Public 'Works in
regard to the matter, notifying Miller and Nylander
in regard to the corrections to be made on said
plan. It was also decided to notify Mr. Corrigan
that as soon as the plan is in proper form and re-
turned to the Board, it will be in a position to
' rescind its disapproval and approve the subdivi-
sion clan. Thereupon it was moved by Mr. Abbott,
OUTHET
REALTY
TRUST
OAK KNOLL
SEC. 2
LORING
HILL
ESTATES:"
SEC. 2
