1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNTNG BOARD MEETING <br />March 10, 1958 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Plan- <br />ning Board was held on Monday, March 102 1958 at <br />7:40 p.m. in the Town Engineer's Room, Town <br />Office Building. Present were Chairman Grindle, <br />Members Abbott, Burnell) Jaquith, and Soule, and <br />Planning Director Snow. Town Counsel Stevens <br />was present from 8:25 to 9:30 p.m. <br />Approved by the Board were the minutes of <br />June 25, 1956. <br />Approved also by the Board were the fol- <br />lowing bills which had been presented for pay- <br />ment; Minute -man Publications,Inc., advertising -- <br />A3.68; Samuel P. Snow, February car allowance, <br />V25.80. <br />0.00, and miscellaneous office expenses, X5.80-- <br />MINTTTES <br />BILLS <br />Considered next were the following Form A FORMS A <br />A applications for determination of Planning <br />Board jurisdiction: <br />#58_15, submitted March 10, 11)c58 by Moore <br />Realty Trust, plan entitled "A Compiled <br />Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.', Scale: <br />1" = 401, dated Feb. 26, 1958, Miller and <br />Nylander, C.F.'s and Surveyors. <br />#58-16, submitted March 10, 1958 by Moore <br />Realty Trust; plan entitled "Subdivision <br />of Land Court Case No. 18361 Lexington - <br />Mass.", scale: 1" = 40', dated Feb. 26, <br />19581 Miller & Nylander, C.F.'s 8-, Surveyors. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded., it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: That the Board determines that the plans <br />accompanying Form A applications #5 <br />8-15 <br />and #58-16 do not require approval and <br />that said plans be signed bearing the en- <br />dorsement #'Lexington Planning Bora d <br />approval under Subdivision Control Law <br />not required." <br />Read to the Board and discussed by it, was <br />Mr. Perry L.
