1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />March 3, 1958 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Plan- <br />ning Board was held in the Town Engineer's Room, <br />Town Office Building, on Monday, March 3, 1958 <br />at 7:30 P.M. Present were Chairman Grindle, <br />Members Abbott, Burnell, Jaquith, and Soule, and <br />Planning Director now. Town Counsel Stevens was <br />present from 8:L�5 to 9:20 p.m. <br />Approved b7 the Board were the minutes of MINUTES <br />June 11 and 18, 1956, and January 27, 1958. <br />Approved also were the following bills BILLS <br />which had been presented for payment: Spaulding - <br />Moss Co., office supplies, $5.95 and $0.50-- <br />�6.45; L.E.Muran Co., duplicator paper --$10.00. <br />The Board's attention was called to the <br />application of Frank DeFelice for approval of a <br />definitive subdivision plan to lay out a portion <br />of Ann Street, said a plication having been sub- <br />mitted on March 3,195. It was decided to hold <br />a public hearing relative to said application on <br />March 26, 1958 at 8:00 p.m. <br />Reviewed by the Board in a general way <br />were 22 bills concerned with planning, zoning, <br />and related matters under consideration by the <br />General Court. Discussed were the purposes and <br />comments on each bill as set forth by the Mass. <br />Federation of Planning Boards and the Division <br />of Planning of the Mass. Department of Commerce. <br />The Board authorized Mr. Snow, as it had the pre- <br />vious year, to write a letter to Mr. Naloney, a <br />representative from the 19th Middlesex District <br />and a member of the Legislative Committee on <br />Mercantile Affairs, setting forth comments and <br />recommendations in regard. to said bills. Mr. <br />Jaquith was asked to assist Mr. Snow in the study <br />of the proposed legislation and the preparation <br />of noted ,o include in said letter. <br />Mr. Stevens came to the meeting at 8:45 <br />p.m. to discuss with the Board who would be <br />served with a summons to take to court the fol- <br />lowing day records of the Planning Board in re- <br />gard to the public hearing on the Sun Valley <br />Section One subdivision plan, it being under- <br />stood that two Lowell Street residents were <br />DE FELICE <br />ANN <br />STREET <br />PROPOSED <br />LEGISLATION <br />SUN <br />VALLEY <br />SEC. 1 <br />
