LEXINGTON PLANNING BOARD <br />February 10, 1958 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Plan- <br />ning Board was held in the Town Engineer's Room, <br />Tow- Office Building, on Monday.. February 10, <br />1958 at 7:40 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindle, <br />Members Burnell, Jaquith, and Soule, and Planning <br />Director Snow. <br />Taken under consideration was the follow- FORM A <br />Form A application for determination of Planning <br />Board jurisdiction: <br />#58-7, submitted on February 7, 1958 by <br />Pasquale Iozzo; plan entitled 'Plan of <br />Land in Lexin7ton, Mass.", dated Jan.28, <br />1958, Scale: 1" = 40', Fred A. Joyce, <br />Surveyor, Belmont, Mass. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: That the Board determines that the plan <br />accompanying Form A application #58-7 does <br />not require approval and that said plan be <br />signed bearing the endorsement "Lexington <br />Planning Board approval under Subdivision <br />Control Law not required." <br />Considered next by the Board was the plan VINE BROOK <br />entitled "Plan of Proposed Lotting in Lexington, REALTY <br />Mass.", dated Feb. 5, 19581 said plan beingJa re- TRUST <br />vised study of the scheme discussed by the Board <br />at its previous meeting. It was decided that the <br />Plan would be acceptable to the Board if (a) the <br />proposed subdivision street between Winthrop Road <br />and the proposed extension of Worthen Road is a <br />uniform width of 50 feet, (b) the intersection <br />radius is increased where the easterly side line <br />of the subdivision street intersects the southerly <br />side line of Winthrop Road, and (c) the Waltham <br />Street re -location and. the proposed location of <br />the Worthen Road extension is determined with the <br />assistance of the Town engineer. Mr.Snow was <br />asked to confer with Mr. Gayer in regard to the <br />latter matter. <br />' The remainder of the meeting was devoted 1957 <br />to a review and editing of the Planning Board's ANNUAL <br />and the Planning Director's 1957 Annual Reports.
