PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />I <br />June 3, 1957 <br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held <br />in the Town Engineer's Room, Town Office Building on <br />Monday, June 3, 1957 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Chair- <br />man Grindle, Members Abbott, Burnell, Jaquith and <br />Soule and Planning Director Snow. Town Counsel Stevens <br />was present from 9:30 to 10:35 p.m. <br />The Board approved the following bills which had BILLS <br />been presented for payment: Graphic Reproductions,Inc. <br />white prints --$1.56 and $2.40; Harper & Brothers, book <br />-4$.00; The Athletic Institute, book --$2.50; William <br />J. Johnson, professional services--$70-00- <br />Taken under consideration were the following Form FORMS A <br />A applications for determination of Planning Board <br />jurisdiction: <br />#57-51, submitted on May 29, 1957 by Outhet Realty <br />Trust; plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington - <br />Mass.", Scale: 111 = 401, dated May 22, 1957, <br />' Miller and Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors, Lexington, <br />Mass. <br />#57-52, submitted on May 31, 1957 by Thomas J. <br />Rouner, Vice Pres. for Lexington Golf Club; plan <br />entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington -Mass.", Scale: <br />1" s 501, dated Jan. 17, 1957, Miller & Nylander, <br />C.E.'s & Surveyors, Lexington, Mass. <br />#57-53, submitted on May 31, 1957 by Mark Moore, <br />Jr.,for Moore Realty Trust; plan entitled "Plan of <br />Land in Lexington -Mass.", Scale: 1" - 40', dated <br />May 27, 1957, Miller and Nylander, C.E.'s & Sur- <br />veyors, Lexington, Mass. <br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously <br />VOTED: that the plans accompanying applications <br />#57-51, #57-52 and #57-53 be signed bear- <br />ing the endorsement "Approval under the <br />subdivision control law not required.". <br />In regard to Frank M. Hodgdon's application for HODGDON <br />determination of Planning Board jurisdiction #57-49, <br />the Board read Mr. Hodgdon's May 30, 1957 reply to <br />the Board's may 27, 1957 letter. It was decided to <br />take no action in regard to the Hodgdon letter until <br />after June 24, 1957. <br />
