11 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />April los 1957 <br />A special meeting of the Planning Board was <br />held in the Planning Board Office, Barnes Buildings <br />on April los 1957 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Chair- <br />man Grindles Members of the Board Adams# Burnell and <br />Soule; Messrs. Snow and Howlett of the Staff. <br />The Board approved the minutes of its April 8s <br />1957 meeting. <br />The Board then took under consideration the <br />application of Leeland Construction Co.# Inc. for <br />approval of the Robinson Hill Section Three defini- <br />tive plan. Bonds having been submitted in proper <br />form and all other matters appearing to be in orders <br />it was moved by Mr. Soules seconded by Mr. Adams and <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: That the definitive subdivision plan entitled <br />"Plan of Lots in Section Three Robinson Hill <br />Lexington -Mass. owned by Leeland Construction <br />Co.s Inc. Camelia Pl. Lexington"* dated Aug. <br />171 19561 which was submitted to the Board by <br />Leeland Construction Co.s Inc. on February 251 <br />19571 accompanied by an applications Form C1 <br />dated Feb. 21st, 1957* be and hereby is <br />approved. <br />At 8:00 p.m. <br />with the Board what <br />in the way of major <br />decided that Mr. Snc <br />again with Messrs. A <br />first two members no <br />Ing and Mr. Adams ha <br />gagement.
