PLANNING BOARD MEETING

<br />April 8, 1957
<br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held
<br />in the Town Engineer's Room, Town Office Building on
<br />Monday, April 81 1957 at 7:40 p.m. Present were Chair-
<br />man Grindle, Messrs. Abbott, Adams, Burnell and Soule,
<br />members of the Board; and Mr. Snow, Planning Director.
<br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously voted that
<br />Mr. Adams be temporary chairman, Mr. Grindle being de-
<br />layed by another appointment.
<br />The Board approved the minutes of the April 2, MINUTES
<br />1957 meeting.
<br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously voted SECRETARY
<br />that Mrs. Baker be employed as the Board's permanent
<br />secretary on a part-time basis, her salary to be paid
<br />out of personal services funds, and not general ex-
<br />penses. It was decided that she should be compensated
<br />at the rate of $1.67 per hour.
<br />Mr. Grindle came to the meeting at 7:55 p.m. at FORD A
<br />which time the Board considered the following Form A
