PLAIN NG BOARD MEETIM <br />March 26, 1957 <br />' A -regular meeting of the Planning Board was held in the Town <br />Engineer's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, March 26, 1957 <br />at 7230 p.m. Present were Chairman Orrindle, Messrs, Adams, Burnell <br />and Soule, as was Mr. Snow, Planning Director. Mr. Stevens,: Town <br />Counsel, was present from 9:30 to 10:00 p.m. <br />The Board approved the minutes of March 25, 1957, - <br />The Board took under consideration the following Form A appli- <br />cations for determination of Planning Board jurisdictions <br />#57-31, submitted March 26, 1957 by Ernest S. MacPhee, plan <br />entitled "A Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington -Kass.", <br />scale 1" .1:02, dated Mar. 20, 1957, Miller & Nylander, <br />Civil Engr's & Surveyors -Lexington Mass. <br />#57-32, submitted March 26, 1957, by Frank M. Hedgdon, <br />plan entitled "A Compiled Plan.,of_Land in Lexington -masa.", <br />scale 1" . 601, dated Mara 6, 1957, Miller & NYlander, <br />Civil Engr's & Surveyors -Lexington, Mass." <br />It was moved, seconded and unaidmously <br />' VOTED: That the plan accompanying #57-31 be signed bearing <br />the endorsement "Planning Board,approval not re- <br />quired under Subdivision Control Law." <br />VOTED: That the plan acoompanying #57-32 requires approval <br />of the Planning Board under the Subdivision Control <br />Law, <br />1 <br />The Board considered the notices of petitions to be hoard <br />by the Board of Appeals on April 9, 1957. With the exception <br />of the petition of George A. Mahoney it was decided to tabs no <br />action on the petitions to be heard. In regard to Mr. Mahoney's <br />petition, Mr. Snow was requested to look into the matter further <br />and to report bin findings to the Board at its next meeting. <br />MINUTES <br />At 8:00 p.m. the Board met in joint session with the RE-20BING <br />Selectmen to hear further from Mr. G.mmrsre and his associates in PBOJECT <br />regard to a re -zoning proposal for Luton. (See the Select- <br />men's minutes for an account of said joint session.) <br />At 9230 the Board returned to its emm meeting in the Tuan RCBMON <br />Engineer's room at which time Mr. Stevens met with the Board HILL <br />to discuss Leeland Construction co.'s grant of easement to Mrs. SEC, 3 <br />Barbara Anderson across land which is proposed to be Lot 5 of <br />the Robinson Hill, Sec. 3 subdivision plan. Mr. Stevens re- <br />ported that he laid found two grants, ogre in which said canpumv <br />granted to ML's.
