1 <br />PLAN`I�ING BOARD MEETING <br />!,arch 18, 1957 <br />Prior to the annual tolan meetinm, the Plan- <br />ning Board held a special meeting in the Town En- <br />gineer's Room, ToT,rn Office Building, Monday, March <br />18, lc57 at 7:30 p.m. All members of the Board were <br />present as well as Mr. Snot, Planning Director. <br />The Board took under consideration the Board <br />of Selectmen's Letter of January 17, 1957 in regard STREET <br />to the acceptance of streets, articles concerning ACCEPTANCE <br />such acceptances having been included in the town <br />warrant. It was moved, seconded, and unanimously <br />VOTED: That the Board approve the proposed <br />acceptance of the following streets: <br />Without Betterments - Longfellow <br />Road, Hawthorne Road, Lincoln Ter- <br />race and Allen Street; <br />Under Betterment Act - Moon Hill <br />Road, Boulder Road, Leroy Road, <br />Ellison Road, Roosevelt Road, Webb <br />' Street, Hillcrest Street, Harding <br />Road, Blake Road, Leonard Road%, <br />Utica Street and Moreland Avenue. <br />The Board signed a letter to the Selectmen, <br />dated March 18, 1957, stating that it had approved <br />the proposed acceptance of streets as set forth in <br />said Selectmen's letter of January 17. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:50 o'clock. <br />Wim.
