1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />February 22, 1957 <br />A special meeting of the Planning Board was held in <br />the Town Engineer's Room, Town Office Building, on Febru- <br />ary 22, 1957 at 10:00 a.m. Present were Chairman Hathaway, <br />Members Adams, Burnell, Grindle and Jaquithq Planning <br />Director.Snow, and Deputy Chief Bernard J. Belcastro of the <br />Lexington Fire Department. <br />With Mr. Belcastro, the Board reviewed in detail <br />the plans for the proposed hotel submitted by the Asso- <br />ciates Realty Trust and the Fire Prevention Bureau's <br />recommendations in regard to said plans as set forth in <br />Mr. Belcastro's letters of January 28 and February 18, 1957 <br />The Board likewise discussed and reviewed building and fire <br />regulations and the authority for enforcing said regula- <br />tions as set forth in Chapters 113 and 148 of the General <br />Laws. <br />The meeting adjourned at 12:15 a.m. <br />,�A�_ �3/1' <br />Levi G.
