PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />I <br />February 4, 1957 <br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held <br />in the Town Engineer's room, Town Office Building, on <br />Monday evening, February 4, 1957 at 7:30 p.m. Present <br />were Messrs. Abbott, Adams, Burnell, Grindle, Jaquith, <br />and Mr. Snow, Planning Director. Mr. Hathaway was <br />present from 9:45 until the meeting adjourned. <br />It was moved, seconded, and voted that Mr. Jaquith <br />be chairman pro tempore. <br />Taken under consideration were the L'ollokYing Form <br />A applications for determination of Planning Board <br />jurisdiction: <br />#57-11, submitted on February 1, 1957 by I. W. <br />Stephens; plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lex- <br />ington, Mass.", Scale: 1" - 30', dated Jan. 30, <br />1957. Miller and Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors, <br />Lexington, Mass. <br />#57-13, submitted on February 1, 1957 by Francis <br />E. Burke, attorney for Thos. H. Robinson; plan <br />' entitled "R Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington <br />Mass.", Scale: 1" = 40', dated Jan. 10, 1957, <br />Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s and Surveyors, Lexing- <br />ton, Mass. <br />#57-14, submitted on February 4,1957 by Clarence <br />S. and Sara C. Walker; plan entitled "Plan of <br />Land in Lexington -Mass", Scale: 1" = 401, dated <br />Oct. 25, 1956, Miller and Nylander, C.E.'s & <br />Surveyors, Lexington, Mass. <br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously <br />VOTED: That the plans accompanying applications <br />#57-11 and #57-13 be signed bearing the <br />endorsement "Lexington Planning Board <br />approval not required under the Subdivi- <br />sion Control Law." <br />FORMS <br />A <br />VOTED: That the plan accompanying application <br />#57-14 be signed bearing the endorsement <br />"Lexington Planning Board approval not <br />required under the Subdivision Control <br />Law" and the following additional nota- <br />tions: "Lot 3 alone does not have the <br />minimum area and frontage required under <br />the Lexin!-rton Zoning By-law. However, <br />Lot 3 combined with Lot B does have the <br />area and frontage required under said By-law." <br />
