' PLANNING BOARD MEETING
<br />January 28, 1957
<br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held
<br />in the Town Engineer's Room, Toiai Office Building, on
<br />Monday evening, January 2$, 1957 at 7:40 p.m. Present
<br />were Chairman Hathaway, Messrs. Abbott, Adams, Burnell,
<br />and Jaquith, Mr. Snow, Planning Director, and the
<br />secretary. Mr. Grindle was present from 9:10 p.m. to
<br />the end of the meeting.
<br />The Board approved the following bills presented BILLS
<br />for payment: Bruce E. Howlett, professional services
<br />and reimbursement for car mileage, period ending Jan-
<br />uary 26, 1957-479.40; Anne H. Milliken secretarial
<br />services, meeting of January 21, 1957--15.00; Wright &
<br />Pierce, services re: preparation of town map, period
<br />ending January 25, 1957--$211.$4.
<br />The Board also approved the minutes of the Jan- MINUTES
<br />uary 14, 1957 meeting.
<br />The following Form A applications were taken FORMS A
<br />under consideration for determination of Planning
<br />Board jurisdiction:

<br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously
<br />VOTED: that the plans accompanying Applications
