I <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 7, 1057 <br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was <br />held in the Town 7ngineer's Room, Town Office Build- <br />ing, on Mondav, January 7, 1957 at 7:35 n.m. Pres- <br />ent were Chairman Hathaway, Messrs. Abbott, Adams, <br />Burnell, Grindle and Jaquith; Planning Pirector Snow, <br />and the secretary, Mrs. Milliken. . <br />The Board approved the following bills which <br />had been presented for palTment: Spaulding -Moss Co., BILLS <br />tracing na er--'7.60; Mary G. Campbell, secretarial <br />services -10.00; Anne H. Milliken, secretarial ser- <br />vices --x,.00. <br />The Board also approved tre minutes of its <br />meeting on December 26, 1956. <br />The following, Form. A aonlication was taken <br />under consideration for determination of Planning <br />Board jurisdiction: <br />#t57-1, submitted on Jan. 2, 19[7 by Joseph <br />C. Hurley; plan entitled "A Compiled Plan of <br />Land in Lexington, Mass.", Scale: 1" = 201, <br />dated Dec. 7, 1956, Miller and ?dylander, <br />C.E.'s & Surveyors, Lexington, Mass. <br />It was moved,s econded and unanimously <br />VOT_TM : that the plan accompanying Applica- <br />tion #57-1 be signed bearin!* the en- <br />dorsement "Lexington Planning Board <br />anproval not required under subdivi- <br />sion control law." <br />Mr. '.dans arrived at the meeting at 7:40. <br />Taken under consideration next was the Janu- <br />ary 3, 1957 application of the Associates Realty <br />Trust for a determination that the "plans constitute <br />a desirable develonment In accordance with the Town <br />Zoning By-laws." Said application was accompanied <br />by a January 3,1°57 letter addressed to the Board <br />and signed by John F. CTroden, Mrs. Seaburv's attor- <br />ney, statin; that Mrs. Seabury had that day deliv- <br />ered to the Associates Fealt=- Trust a deed of land <br />' upon which the hotel was proposed to be constructed <br />and that all other deeds of land, easements from <br />Mrs. Seabury, the Town of Lexincrton and the Metho- <br />FORM A <br />ASSOCIATES <br />REALTY <br />TRUST <br />HOTEL PLAN <br />
