' PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />March 5, 1956 <br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held <br />in the Town Engineer's Room, Town Office Building, on <br />Monday, March 5, 1956 at 7:40 P.K.., Present were Chair- <br />man Adams, Messrs. Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin and Jaquith, <br />the Planning Director, and the secretary. <br />The following bills were .presented for payment: <br />Adams Press, Ine., for advertising -- 3.75; Anne H. <br />Milliken, for secretarial services -- 16,25; Samuel P. <br />Snow, reimbursement for car mileage from January 3 <br />through March 3, 196, postage and miscellaneous <br />office supplies -- 13.00. <br />It was moved, seconded and voted that the bills <br />be paid, Mr. Adams not voting. <br />The following Form A applications were taken <br />under consideration for Planning Board jurisdiction: <br />' #56-14, submitted on February 27, 1956 by Melvin <br />A. & Maria Marda H. Osborne, plan entitled "Plan of Land <br />in Lexington, Mass: s, scale 1 = 401, dated June 9, 1954, <br />Miller and Nylander, C. E,19 & Surveyors, Lexington, <br />Mass, <br />#56-190 submitted on March 1, 1956 for Chisholm <br />Construction Co. by Joseph E. Chisholm, Treasai plan <br />entitled *Plan of Land in Lexinggton, Mass.", Scale <br />1" = 201, dated February 2, 1956, Miller and Nylander, <br />C. E."s & Surveyors, Lexington, Mass., <br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously <br />VOTED: that the plans accompanying Applications <br />#56-34 and #56-19 be signed bearing the <br />endorsement "Lexington Planning Board <br />approval not required under subdivision <br />control law% <br />The Chairman read the Board of Appeals notices <br />for bearings.to be held on March 20, 1956.
