' PLANNING BOARD MEETING January 30, 1956 A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held in the Town Engineers Room, Town Office Building, on Mondays January 30, 1956 at 7:hO P.M. Chairman Adams, Messrs. Abbotts Grindles Hathaway and Jaquith were pres- ent. Mr. Snows Planning Director, and the secretary were also present. The Chairman read the following bills presented for payment- John L. McAdams, 3 reams of paper, $15.30; George Smith, artist's materials, $6.48; John C. Lichtenberg, for revision of population map, $32.00; BILLS Anne H. Milliken, secretarial services, $5.00. It was moved by Mr- Grindle, seconded by Mr. Jaquith,and unanimously voted that the bills be approved as read. The following Form A applications were taken under considerations FORMS A ' '#56-4s, submitted on January 26, 1956 by Joseph E. CaseyThis lan is identical to the one accompany- ing Application 155-50 and was submitted to the Board for signatures so that the plan might be filed in the land court. The plan was approved and endorsed on the same day by four members of the Board. , #56-5, submitted on January 25, 1956 by Francis Keefe, attorney for John Donovan and Cara A. It was moved by Mr- Jaquith, seconded by Mr. Grindle and unanimously VOTED: that the plans accompanying Applications #56-5.and #56-6 be signed bearing the endorsement "Lexington Planning Board approval not required ' under subdivision control laws'.
