' PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 30, 1956 <br />A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held <br />in the Town Engineers Room, Town Office Building, on <br />Mondays January 30, 1956 at 7:hO P.M. Chairman Adams, <br />Messrs. Abbotts Grindles Hathaway and Jaquith were pres- <br />ent. Mr. Snows Planning Director, and the secretary <br />were also present. <br />The Chairman read the following bills presented <br />for payment- John L. McAdams, 3 reams of paper, $15.30; <br />George Smith, artist's materials, $6.48; John C. <br />Lichtenberg, for revision of population map, $32.00; BILLS <br />Anne H. Milliken, secretarial services, $5.00. It <br />was moved by Mr- Grindle, seconded by Mr. Jaquith,and <br />unanimously voted that the bills be approved as read. <br />The following Form A applications were taken <br />under considerations FORMS A <br />' <br />'#56-4s, submitted on January 26, 1956 by Joseph <br />E. CaseyThis lan is identical to the one accompany- <br />ing Application 155-50 and was submitted to the Board <br />for signatures so that the plan might be filed in the <br />land court. The plan was approved and endorsed on the <br />same day by four members of the Board. , <br />#56-5, submitted on January 25, 1956 by Francis <br />Keefe, attorney for John Donovan and Cara A. E.'s & Surveyors, Lexington, Mass. <br />It was moved by Mr- Jaquith, seconded by Mr. <br />Grindle and unanimously <br />VOTED: that the plans accompanying Applications <br />#56-5.and #56-6 be signed bearing the endorsement <br />"Lexington Planning Board approval not required <br />' under subdivision control laws'. <br />
