The records of May 23 and June I <br />were approved. <br />Hem - DeVries Construction Co. <br />A public hearing was held at 7s45 o'clock relative to the applica- <br />tion for approval as a subdivision the property of DeVries Construction <br />Co. known as "Section VII of Sun Valley", and more particularly described <br />as an extension of Fairlawn Avenue approximately 981 feet. No one was <br />present to sepak either for or against the approval of the subdivision. <br />Hem - Spinelli <br />A public hearing was held at 8:00 o'clock relative to the applica- <br />tion for approval as a subdivision the property of Acme and Joseph Spinelli <br />known as Cary Acres, Section 2, an extension of Fairbanks road in north- <br />easterly and northwesterly direction about 996 feet, and an unnamad street <br />running northeasterly from Fairbanks Road for a distance of about 1455 ft• <br />to within 100 feet of Marrett Road. Mr. Tropeano and Mr. Spinelli were <br />present for the petitioner. Eight other citizens were also present. Moved by Mr. Irwin, seconded by Mr, orindle and unani- <br />mously voted that the bills be paid. <br />Mr. Snow stated that Mr. Baskin had offered to the Town for recrea- <br />tional purposes about four acres of land located between Route 128 and <br />Williams Road, The Board was receptive to this offer but _wished first to <br />see about access.
