Ripley the Planning Board held a <br />brief meeting. <br />Form A <br />It was moved by Mr. Irwin, seconded by Mr. Hathaway, and unanimously <br />VOTED: that the follbwing applications for determination of Planning <br />Board jurisdictiob be approved and the tracings signed with <br />the endorsement "Lexington Planning Board Approval under sub- <br />division control law not required." <br />#55-45, submitted on May 24, 1955 by Robert L. Sillam of <br />East Boxford who is graduating from the University of Massachusetts and <br />that he appears to be very well qualified to help make a land use survey <br />of the town. <br />Mr. Snow also stated that to date be bad not been able to find ary- <br />one to work on revising the town map and adding to the black plans as <br />authorized by Article 38 of the 1955 Annual Town Meeting and that in look- <br />ing for someone to do the work he had not seen as fine quality of work as <br />Mr. Lichtenberg's of the Engineering Department, Therefore Mr. Snow had <br />made arrangements with Mr. Burns to obtain for the. Board Mr,, Lichtenberg to <br />services for the summer if a satisfactory substitute could be -obtained for <br />Mr. Lichtenberg on the engineering surveying party. <br />Mr. Carroll of the Engineering Department and Mr. Snow had inter- <br />viewed Mr. Robert Higgins of Lexington who completed his third year in <br />
