Present <br />were three Messrs. Spagrmwla; Mr. Jones, Mr. Sargent, Mr. Lidberg, and Mr. <br />Cunningham, Atty. The petitioner was told that the area would have to be <br />served by a Berner running approximately parallel to the existing trunk <br />line, which may be entered at only one or two locations. Also the entire <br />overall picture of that area will have to be studied by the Board before <br />approval of preliminary plan can be given, since there is a large area in- <br />volved which includes plans for other subdivisions. <br />
