Plan of land of Lidberg property situated between Adams Ste and
land of Pihl was sutmi.tted for tentative subdivision approval. Present
were three Messrs. Spagrmwla; Mr. Jones, Mr. Sargent, Mr. Lidberg, and Mr.
Cunningham, Atty. The petitioner was told that the area would have to be
served by a Berner running approximately parallel to the existing trunk
line, which may be entered at only one or two locations. Also the entire
overall picture of that area will have to be studied by the Board before
approval of preliminary plan can be given, since there is a large area in-
volved which includes plans for other subdivisions.
