<br />Since it was necessary for Mr. Adams and Mr. Abbott to leave to
<br />attend the town meeting, Mr. Irwin was elected to serve as Chairman pro
<br />tea and Mr. Hathaway as clerk pro tem.
<br />Hearing - Leeland Construction Co,
<br />A public hearing was held at 8:00 o'clock relative to the applica-
<br />tion for approval as a subdivision property -of Leeland Construction Co,,
<br />Inc, known as Section II, Robinson Rill, Approximately 25 citizens were
<br />present. A letter was read from Mr. Pierre Northrop advising the Planning
<br />Board that Diana Lane was under litigation. There was no objection to the
<br />development as such; however discussion was bald relative to exits and en-
<br />trances. There were objections to Diana Lane being the only entrance to
<br />the land on Robinson Hill which would probably be developed eventually and
<br />it was felt that the Planning Board should take this into consideration as
<br />an over-all plan for the future. If the streets are built as now laid out
